Are you insured?

Yes. ReadyMaid Cleaning is fully insured, including commercial liability coverage, so you can have complete peace of mind when inviting our team into your home or business.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide entry instructions so they can return to a fresh, clean home. We're happy to work with whatever arrangement makes you most comfortable.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly provide cleaning services throughout Brantford, Brant County, Paris, and St. George, as well as surrounding communities.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring all standard cleaning products and equipment needed to complete the job. If you prefer specific products to be used in your home, just let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate.

How do I get a quote?

Simply fill out our free online quote form or text us at 226-400-6818. Once we review your details, we'll confirm pricing before scheduling any service.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes. This allows us to properly manage our schedule and respect the time of both our cleaners and other clients.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services. Recurring clients receive priority scheduling and discounted rates.

Do you offer one-time or move-in/move-out cleaning?

Absolutely. We offer one-time deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning services.

Do I need to tidy before you arrive?

A quick tidy helps our team focus on detailed cleaning rather than organizing. We're happy to clean lived-in homes; we simply ask that surfaces are reasonably accessible.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes! We're happy to clean homes with pets. We simply ask that pets are safely secured during the visit so our team can work efficiently and comfortably.

What payment methods do you accept?

We securely keep a card on file and process payment after the service is completed. If you prefer Interac e-Transfer, instructions will be included on your invoice.

Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

Whenever possible, we aim to provide the same cleaner or team for recurring services so you can feel comfortable and confident with who's in your home.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something was missed, simply let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Do you clean businesses?

Yes. In addition to residential homes, we provide commercial cleaning services for offices and small businesses in Brantford and Brant County. Contact us to discuss your cleaning needs.
