These Terms govern residential and commercial cleaning services provided by ReadyMaid Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us") to the client ("Client," "you"). By booking or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.
ReadyMaid Cleaning provides interior residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at booking or under written service agreement. Service scope, frequency, and pricing are confirmed prior to service.
If property size, condition, or scope differs materially from what was disclosed at booking, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service.
For commercial clients operating under a written service agreement, the terms of that agreement will apply in addition to these Terms.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, services do not include:
We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning standards.
All pricing is subject to applicable Ontario and Canadian taxes.
Recurring services continue until properly cancelled.
The Client agrees to:
If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, the full service fee may apply.
Services may be performed by independent contractors engaged by ReadyMaid Cleaning. All service providers undergo police record checks prior to providing services. Independent contractors are required to carry their own liability insurance and meet company standards.
ReadyMaid Cleaning maintains commercial general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will be given the opportunity to return and re-clean the area in question. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
Liability, where applicable, is limited to repair or replacement value at our discretion. We are not responsible for:
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, ReadyMaid Cleaning's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may terminate services for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, harassment, inappropriate conduct or abuse, or material misrepresentation of property condition.
For commercial service agreements without a separate written contract specifying termination terms, either party may terminate recurring services with thirty (30) days' written notice. Residential recurring services may be discontinued by either party with proper notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
